When I last shared, I was halfway through my adventures in Korea, and enjoying every minute of it. Now that I am back on American soil, I have a chance to reflect on the things that I was fortunate enough to experience during the time that I spent abroad
In my last blog, I shared with you all my initial impressions of South Korea, and my thoughts on the places we had visited thusfar. After that entry, we were able to tour the Hyundai Motor and Heavy Industries facilities, as well as the International Free Economic Zone (IFEZ). All of these sites were very interesting and informative in their own rite, but most strikingly they reinforced the pattern that I had already come to realize was standard in Korean culture: concentration of customer service.
